Terms and Conditions

1. The Haier Laithwaites 2023 promotion is the offer by the Promoter of a Laithwaite's 12 bottle Classic Case or a non-alcoholic hamper based on purchases of “Eligible Appliances”. Claims are valid for purchases made from 07th August 2023 00:01 and runs until stock runs out.
2. Provided a purchase has been competed a claim can be made for more than one Haier Promotion.
3. The Haier Wine promotion only applies to purchases of the following Haier appliances from Haier.co.uk:

5. Purchases of graded, seconds, replacements and imperfect products are excluded from the Promotion.
6. All appliances purchased on a trade or contract basis (i.e., non-consumer purchases) are excluded from the Promotion.
7. The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom only (Northern Ireland excluded). Claimants must be aged 18 years or above.
8. How to Claim:
   • In order to claim the Gift, claimants must fully complete the online claim form (including full Receipt and model number). The online claim form is available on www.rewardsfromhaier.com/laithwaites23
   • Claims must be received by the Promoter from 7th August until stock runs out. The Promoter will not accept any claims after stock runs out.
   • Purchasers must wait 30 days before making a claim from the date of purchase.
   • Purchasers can contact MLP for assistance via the contact us form www.rewardsfromhaier.com/laithwaites23/contact-us Offices are open 9.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday excluding Public and Bank Holidays.
   • Claimants must be aged 18 years or above as the Gift contains alcohol.
9. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any registrations or final claims that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Promoter by the campaign close date.
10. Your claim will be deemed invalid if (including but not limited to) you:
    • Reside outside of the United Kingdom.
    • Have not purchased a qualifying Appliance from Haier.co.uk during the Promotion Period.
    • Have not completed the official online application form correctly;
    • Have not submitted their claim before the campaign closes.
    • Have not submitted your claim including, Proof of Purchase before the campaign closes;
    • Have not uploaded a legible original full purchase receipt showing the model number and date of purchase;
    • Have failed in any way to otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions as determined by the Promoter in its sole discretion
11. Only one gift per eligible Appliance purchased. The Offer is not transferrable.
12. The Offer has no cash value or alternative.
13. Redeeming the Offer is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
14. The “Gift” will not be paid in the event that the product purchased is returned to the relevant retailer.
15. Upon submitting the online claim form, claimants must allow up to 10 working days for the claim to be validated by the promoter. You will be sent an email notification to confirm whether the claim has been accepted or rejected by the promoter, and with next steps on when to receive your gift if your claim has been approved.
16. Claimants should allow up to 14 working days from the date of validation to receive their gift. For those that choose the Laithwaite’s gift, a gift email will be sent to the claimant which will include a link, providing the recipient access to their unique code and instructions on how to redeem the gift directly with Laithwaite’s. Claimants must click the link contained in the gift reveal email within 30 days. If the claimant does not do this, the link will expire, and the Gift will no longer be eligible to claim. Revealed codes can be accessed for 30 days once revealed. After this time their code will be inaccessible. For those that choose the non-alcoholic option, gifts will be issued offline to the postal address entered on the claim form.
17. Claims are submitted at claimants’ risk.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate and undertake all such action, as is reasonable, to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims including, without limitation, to require claimants to provide further verification as to proof of purchase. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to reject those claims which are, in their opinion, fraudulent or invalid.
19. Online claims will require an email address to be entered before submitting a claim.
20. All claim forms and copies of purchase order receipts, once received by the Promoter, will become its property and will not be returned to claimants therefore please ensure you keep a copy. The decision of the Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
21. The “Gift” is subject to change and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the “Gift” for a different “Gift” of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, extend or amend the terms of this promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.

24. The Promotion is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
25. The Promoter is Haier Appliances Ltd, 1st Floor 302 Bridgewater Place, Birchwood Park, Birchwood, Warrington, WA3 6XG.
26. This Promotion is carried out and facilitated by the Marketing Lounge Partnership on behalf of the Promoter.
